As Assistant Vessel Performance Manager in NORDEN, you will contribute to fuel efficiency in shipping through a data-driven approach joining our specialised Fuel Efficiency team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
This dedicated team focuses on developing and leveraging in-house software to support sustainable shipping, working in close collaboration with Operations and Chartering.

Translate and communicate the results of mathematical models to commercial departments globally.

Collaborate on designing future decision support systems to improve fuel efficiency across our fleet.
Your competences and core qualifications
We are looking for a colleague who is curious and wants to expand their knowledge and engage with various stakeholders. You have a natural collaborative mindset and are interested in working closely with colleagues to deliver.
Further, to thrive in this position, you:

Are a recent graduate with a degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Transport Engineering, or similar.

Hold an interest in ships, hydrodynamics, and engines.

Have great analytical and mathematical skills.

Have a proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
